Terms and Conditions of Customer Purchases
We strive to make you happy and keep you as our a valued customer. Any single item purchased from us can be returned for a refund when received in our warehouse within 14 days from the day you received the item, no reason required. The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the each item less 15% restocking fee, and you the customer will be charged for all shipping fees. The item must be in its original condition and packaging and prior authorization must be arranged by our customer support at returns@modelhomeaccents.com

How do I return my item(s)?
All returnable merchandise must be sent, freight prepaid, and received by Model Home Accents, LLC., in it's exact, original, resalable condition accompanied with its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please (Do not write on manufacturer's packaging). Returned merchandise MUST be in the exact condition it was received. Returns are only accepted in their original boxes, and should be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled it is no longer returnable. All the original packing material, inner carton, and outer shipping packaging must be included and returned in its original condition. Additionally if an item shipped dis-assembled, it must be return in its original state and box. All returns must be pre-authorized

Exceptions:
•Sink Vanity Cabinets & Furniture Pieces Etc.: Please note: All sink vanity cabinets, furniture pieces including tv armoires, bathroom cabinet, bombe chest, accent chairs, screens etc. may be returned if you are not happy with your purchase; however, you must notify us within 3 days, and you must return your item within 10 business days. Subsequently, we will refund your purchase price minus any freight fees we paid to ship the item to you plus a 25% restocking fee. You must return your item Freight Pre-Paid via a carrier that provides Tracking number and provide us with that number. All Furniture Pieces Must Be dissembled (if applicable) and be in their original boxes - Undamaged.
•Furniture Products: All Furniture products must be returned in their original box. If you discard the box and decide you want to return the product for any reason we can not accept your return. Please take care in inspecting your order and retain all original packaging and outer box in case you would like to return an item.
•Tapestries, Floral Decor & Rugs: All tapestries, floral decor and rugs will incur a 25% restocking fee - no exception. Please note: we can not be responsible for color variation that may occur while you are observing these products on our website due to lighting, monitor quality, etc.
•Special Orders, Sale Items & Close-outs: All sales on special orders, Sale Items and close out items are final! Damaged items will be replaced at no additional charge or refund will be given on non-replaceable items. Personalized items cannot be returned for any reason, damaged items will be replaced at no charge.
•Seasonal Items: Are non-returnable after the holidays. Returns Prior To The Holidays (Christmas, Halloween, etc.) will incur a 25% restocking fee (no exception). We will however, replace any item that is damaged or refund if we can not replace them.
•Special Orders: All sales on Special Order are final. For more information please review our "special order" policy
•Free Shipping: If your order was shipped to you Free of Charge "Free Shipping" after accepting your return we will deduct the actual shipping cost we paid to ship your item(s) to you before issuing a refund.
Customer is responsible for all costs related to shipping the product(s) back. For your protection we suggest that you insure your returns. In your request for a return, please specify reason for return. Please note that the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. Please note: If you return any item(s) without a proper RMA issued by Model Home Accents, Inc., after accepting your return we will deduct a 25% restocking fee plus all applicable fees on your return. This policy is based on the fact that the items returned are in a salable condition.
