Shipping rates are generally calculate during the checkout process. Shiping rates are calculated based on size, weight and shipping orgin destination. For Freight Truck Delivery Orders, shipping within the U.S. but in outside land states such as Hawaii and Alaska have additional processing/shipping charges not reflected online. You will be contacted in 2 to 3 business days by email with an accurate quote. Your credit card will not be charged until you have approved the final total by email or phone.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Our order fulfillment centers maintains a large inventory, so many items are ready for immediate shipment. Most items are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery service and arrive within one week of the shipment date. Customized Special ordered items usually arrive within 2 weeks of the shipping date.

We are unable to schedule delivery for an exact date and time, or call before your item is delivered. If you are not home when the shipping company tries to deliver, they will either leave the package or leave a note. Items ordered at the same time may not necessarily be delivered together.

Once you have placed your order you can check your order status to receive your expected shipping date and tracking number.

Items denoted as Special Order or In-Home Delivery and items above FedEx® size limitations cannot be shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States. The frieght carrier will contact you to confirm delivery time prior to In-Home Delivery.

How do I report Damages, Defects, Mis-Ships and Shortages?

All Special Ordered merchandise must be inspected prior to delivery service leaving your premises. In the event of damages, defects, miships or shortages delivery company must be notified in writing prior to leaving your premises. We will replace all damaged, defective and/or mis-shipped merchandise. All merchandise must be pre-authorized and isssued an (RMA) prior to returning.

For standard items shipped damaged, defective and/or mishipped; all damaged mechandise must be reported to customer support within 3 days of delivery. We will replace all defective, damaged, and/or mis-shipped merchandise at no additional charge to you. All merchandise must be pre-authorized and issued an (RMA) prior to returning.

Can you ship my item 2nd Day or expedite shipping?

We're apologize, next day and second day delivery are not available on our website at this time. For expedited shipping, please call 1.888.895.5944 (toll-free) to place your order. Express shipping is not available for in-home deliveries.

What is In-Home Delivery?

In-Home Delivery is denoted online for applicable merchandise.

This service applies to select large and heavy items. Your merchandise is typically delivered within two weeks of the shipment date. Express shipping is not available for In-Home Deliveries.

When the shipment arrives in your local area, a shipping agent will call you to schedule a specific day and 4-hour timeframe for delivery.

Deliveries occur Monday through Friday. Items are unpacked. Items are placed per your specifications (up to one flight of stairs). All packaging materials are removed. Assembly is not included. Additional freight charges may apply for special deliveries such as multiple floors or difficult to access areas. Please notify the carrier when setting the appointment of any special requirements.

You will be required to accept and sign for the shipment. Please carefully inspect the item(s). If your order appears damaged in any way, describe the damages on the delivery receipt. You are responsible for notifying Model Home Accents of any damages within 3 days of delivery.

Additional service fees may apply for the following:
Missed delivery appointments. Special delivery circumstances. Shipment refusal.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States via Fed Ex. When you place an order we will estimate delivery times based upon the availability of your item(s). Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, weight and shipping destination excluding applicable sales tax. Most products cannot be shipped to international destinations, however please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering and/or shipping options.
